摘要
目的了解温州市在校初中生急救知识、态度和行为现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷对随机选取的温州市3个区6所学校2258名初中生进行有关急救知识、态度和行为情况的调查。结果初中生急救知识知晓率偏低，许多题目的知晓率在50％以下，电视为最主要的知识来源。学习态度大多较好，近70％的初中生表示不愿意或者犹豫对陌生人实施心肺复苏术的救助。结论温州市初中生的急救知识、态度和行为有待改善。
Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitudes, and practice （KAP） towards first aid among the junior high school students in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Methods Totally 6 high schools were selected randomly from the 3 urban districts of Wenzhou, 2 from each district. A questionnaire survey was carried out on the KAP towards first aid among all the junior high school students, 2258 in total, in these 6 schools. Results The knowledge rates of these students were rather low, even being lower than 50% for many items. Television was the main source of knowledge. The attitude towards studying first aid knowledge was generally good. About 70% of the respondents were unwilling to do cardiopulmonary resuscitation on strangers-patients or hesitated to do so. Conclusion The KAP towards first aid among the junior high school students in Wenzhou needs to be improved.
