摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:2008年1月～2011年4月收治狼疮性肾炎患者55例,随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规强的松及环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组根据中医不同分型,在对照组的基础上,加服中药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为81.5%,治疗组显效率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the Integrative Medicine Clinical treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods:From hospital in January 2008 ～ April 2011 treated 55 patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and control group with conventional treatment with prednisone and cyclophosphamide.Control group,different type according to Chinese medicine,on the basis of the control group,plus Chinese herb treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 97.5% in the control group,the total effective rate was 81.5%,the efficiency of the treatment group and total effective rate was higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Integrative Medicine lupus nephritis and worth promoting.
