摘要
根据飞参系统角位移传感器加装设计的要求,提出利用铰链四杆机构来采集飞机左发油门位置的机械信号。采用解析法建立了该角位移测量机构的运动方程。算例仿真分析结果表明:传感器的角位移变化幅度大,采集精度高;角位移测量机构传动平稳,不影响飞机的操纵性能,满足飞参系统的设计要求和飞机的飞行安全。
According to the requirement of angular displacement sensor in the air data systems additions,mechanical signal of the left engine control lever position is collected by using four bar linkage mechanism.The kinetic equation of angular displacement measuring mechanism is constructed based on the analysis.Simulation result indicates that the angular displacements vary within wide limits,and have high collection precision.At the same time,angular displacement measuring mechanism drives smooth,and the control performance of the airplane is not influenced,measuring mechanism can meet the design demand of the air data systems and the flight safety.
