摘要
目的探讨在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中,使用非单极电刀进行组织分离、术中止血及减少术后并发症的优势。方法对20例30～65岁患者行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,在术中使用非单极电刀的方法,并评价其效果。结果腹腔镜下胆囊切除术术中使用非单极电刀,胆囊管及胆囊动脉离断后未发现术中及术后出血,无胆瘘等并发症发生2,0例手术全部成功。结论在腹腔镜外科手术领域中,非单极电刀的使用,对于手术安全性具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the advantage of non-monopolar electrotome in allpication of cholecystectomy in dissection,hemostesis and diceasing complications.Methods 20 cases of such patient aged from 30～65 were performed and observed.Results This method had no bleeding during and after operation without complication.All cases healed.Conclusion The use of non-monopolar electrotome might be safe in laparoscopy.
