摘要
目的分析腹腔脓肿的CT表现,提高腹腔脓肿的CT诊断水平。方法对28例患者37处腹腔脓肿的CT表现进行分析。结果 24处病灶均呈均匀强化的不规则厚壁,并见到少量气体影或气液平面;厚度约为0.1～0.9 cm。结论 CT对腹腔脓肿定位诊断准确,脓肿壁的强化和含气征象为其特征。
Objective To analyze the CT performance of celiac abscess and improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of celiac abscess.Methods To analyze the CT performance of 37 lesions in 28 consecutive patients with celiac abscess.Results 24 lesions presented the all of abscess with nonhomogeneous density,about 0.1～0.9 cm thick.Little air bubbles or air fluid levels inside of the abscess were seen in lesions.Conclusion CT scans might be accurate in locatable and quantitative diagnosis of abscess.The aggrandizement of the wall of abscess and the symptom of bubbles are the features.
