摘要
介绍了选矿厂在改扩过程中围绕节能设备改造的重要内容。在满足工艺要求的前提下,首先优化改造方案,尽可能降低成本;其次在系统的皮带运输、破碎和筛分中工艺中配套电动机和减速机等设备,淘汰高耗能传动设备和零部件,实现节能型设备改造。
The important contents of reconstruction of energy saving equipment in concentrator during the process of rebuilding and extension were introduced.Based on technological requirements,the reconstruction scheme was firstly optimized to reduce the cost as much as possible;then,the devices like motor,reducer,etc.were matched with the belt convey and crushing and screening technology of the system,and the transmission equipment and parts with high energy consumption were eliminated to realize the reconstruction of energy-saving crushing equipment.
