公路施工安全事故的影响因素重要度评价实证研究 被引量:31

摘要 针对公路施工过程中施工事故频发、监管重点难以把握的现状,建立公路施工安全事故影响因素重要度评价模型。选取2002—2007年发生的43起公路施工安全事故为样本数据,基于对公路施工安全事故的分析,认为公路施工安全事故的发生,受到施工人员、施工器材、环境风险和管理4个方面的共同影响,通过拆分、合并、剔除3个过程筛选出11种引发公路施工安全事故的影响因素;应用灰色关联度分析,进行影响因素的重要度评价,结果将11个影响因素划分为4个重要度水平。根据公路施工安全事故影响因素的重要度评价结果,制定预控措施以使公路施工事故的灾害损失减少到最低。 Aiming at the situation of high frequent accidents and supervision difficulties in highway construction industry,a significance evaluating model for the affecting factors of highway construction accidents was established.The data of 43 highway construction accidents during 2002-2007 was selected as the sample.Through safety analysis on these accidents,it was considered that highway construction accidents were commonly affected by construction workers,construction equipment,environmental risk and management.By splitting,merging and eliminating,11 factors were eventually worked out.Then,gray correlation analysis was used to make a significance evaluation of these factors,and the 11 factors were divided into four significance level.Based on the evaluation results,pre-control measures can be taken to minimize disaster losses in highway construction accident.
