摘要 应用标量衍射理论分析了平面波入射时二元光学型光栅的衍射场分布规律,并进行了数值分析和实验验证。 In this paper, the diffraction field distribution in a binary optical element illuminated by planar wave is analyzed by using scalar wave diffraction theory. Some numerical results have been obtained. The theoretical analysis has been proven successful in experimental observations.
