摘要
本科毕业设计是培养学生实践能力和创新能力、提高学生综合素质的重要环节，但是大学生毕业设计质量逐年下降，通过分析存在的问题，发现推进校企合作势在必行，这样不仅可以辅助毕业设计有序进行，还能提高学生在就业中的竞争力。同时，提高教师个人素质也是提高毕业设计质量的有效保障。
Graduation project is an important link to train the students＇ practice ability and innovation ability, and to improve their comprehensive quality. But the quality of graduation design is de- scending. Though the analysis of the existing problems, we could know it is imperative to promote the university and enterprise cooperation, It can not only assist the graduation design or- derly, but also improve the competitivenes in employment. At the same time, the improvement of teachers＇ personal qualities also improve the quality of graduation design effectively.
