摘要
通过单因素实验研究了工艺操作参数如粉尘含量、平均过滤速度和单位过滤面积的加料量(简称面加料量)对粉尘在布袋上沉积规律的影响。研究结果表明,粉尘在布袋长度方向上分布不均,中间凸起,上下两端逐渐减薄;在平均过滤速度和面加料量一定时,粉尘含量对粉尘层分布的影响可以忽略不计;平均过滤速度和面加料量对粉尘层的影响显著。还采用GuassAmp峰值函数归纳了粉尘层沉积规律与3个工艺操作参数的数学模型。
Influences of the dust content,the average filtration velocity and the unit filter area feeding quantity on the regularity of dust-deposit were studied through a single factor experiment.The result proves the unevenness,middle bulge and thin upper and lower ends of the dust-deposit distribution;and the dust content influence on the dust-deposit distribution can be neglected while the average filtration velocity and unit filtration area feeding quantity which influence the dust layer much are fixed.Basing on GuassAmp peak function,the mathematical model for both dust-deposit regularities and three operating parameters was established.
