摘要 采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和硬度测试等方法,研究了Mo含量对FeCoNiCuMox多主元合金微观组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,合金由简单的FCC相和BCC相组成,随Mo含量的增多,FCC相含量减少,BCC相含量增多,共晶组织的含量增加,硬度逐渐增大,当x=1时,FeCoNiCuMo合金的硬度值为478 HV。 The effects of Mo content on microstructure and hardness of FeCoNiCuMox multi-principal alloy were examined by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and hardness testing methods.The results show that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy is composed of simple FCC and BCC solid solution.With the increase of Mo content,FCC phase content decreases,while BCC phase content increases,and the content of eutectic structure increases,the hardness value gradually increases.The hardness of FeCoNiCuMo is 478 HV when x=1.
