摘要
在太阳能热发电站中,选择Al-12.07%Si作为储能材料,310S不锈钢作为储能容器,并将310S不锈钢沉浸在Al-12.07%Si中进行长达1080 h的腐蚀。通过SEM、EDAX、XRD方法分别对腐蚀后的试样腐蚀层形貌、腐蚀层的成分和腐蚀试样的物相进行分析。研究结果发现,310S不锈钢基体与腐蚀层交界面的形状较平整和规则,试样表面均出现了Fe2Al5和FeAl3相。随着腐蚀时间延长,腐蚀试样的失重和腐蚀层厚度逐渐稳定,试样的腐蚀速率下降。
Taking 310S steel as container,Al-12.07wt%Si alloy as energy storage,and 310S steel was corroded in Al-12.07%Si alloy for 1080 h in solar thermal power station.The microscopic structure,phase and chemical composition of corroded samples were investigated by SEM,XRD and EDAX,respectively.The results show that the corrosion layer of 310S is tidy,and mainly made up of Fe2Al5 phase and FeAl3 phase formed on 310S.With the lengthening of corrosion time,the corrosion weight loss and corrosion layer thickness are gradually stabilized,the corrosion rate of 310S decreases.
