PARD3在初级神经胚形成中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 初级神经胚形成是人类胚胎发育中的关键阶段,初级神经胚发育异常将导致神经管畸形的发生。细胞极性的建立是初级神经胚形成的基础。细胞极性蛋白Par3在初级神经胚形成具有重要作用,它通过引导纺锤体轴和中心体的正确定位直接影响间质细胞极性化成为神经上皮细胞,神经上皮细胞排列继而排列为神经板。在神经板弯曲整形融合为神经管的过程中,Par3-aPKC极性蛋白复合体作为细胞与细胞之间、细胞与胞外基质、细胞骨架组织信号的连接点,控制着神经管的形成以及腔肠的扩张。Par3-aPKC极性蛋白复合体成分的缺失,将导致相应的神经管畸形发生,因此PA;;RD3在初级神经胚形成的作用引起越来越多研究者的重视,本文对此做一综述。
