摘要 常规的固结灌浆需要先浇筑3m~4.5m厚的混凝土,在其强度达到50%以上设计强度后再进行固结灌浆施工,其工艺技术较为成熟,已经列入了有关规范。由于在灌浆时就有足够的混凝土盖重,可以提高灌浆压力,对表层基岩也可以用较高的压力进行灌浆,而不必担心岩基上抬;盖重混凝土对表层岩体起压重作用的同时,也对漏浆岩缝起堵塞作用,即使从混凝土与基岩接触面蹿出了浆,也可对该接触面起接触灌浆的作用。所以,是拱坝基础处理优先采用的、能确保施工质量的主要手段。但是,这种灌浆要占压混凝土浇筑仓号,每个坝段施工一般要影响混凝土浇筑的直线工期20d~40d不等;特别是当混凝土附开始浇筑,仓面少又在峡谷地区,影响将更大。在有陡坡的坝块要分多次施工,混凝土不能短间歇上升。对于大型工程的施工组织和施工管理极为不利;而且自灌浆施工时混凝土面暴露时间过长;对岩石约束区混凝土块防裂和裸露面受气温骤降的防裂极为不利。国内一些工程通过研究论证和现场试验采用无盖重灌浆工艺技术,文中结合无盖重灌浆技术在二滩拱坝坝基处理中的应用工程实例予以简单介绍。 conventional consolidation grouting need to pouring 3m~ 4.5 m thick concrete,in its strength achieves more than 50% design strength consolidation grouting again after the construction,mature technology,is already on the relevant specifications.Because when they have enough in grouting of concrete cover heavy,can improve surface pressure grouting bedrock,also can use high pressure grouting,and not worry about batholith elevate.Cover of surface rock up heavy concrete weights,but also for the role YanFeng up jams slurry leakage from the concrete action,even with a bedrock surface comes,may also to the slurry grouting plays the role of contact surfaces.So is the priority to adopt based processing arch dam,the main means to ensure the construction quality.But the grouting to tie up concrete pouring storehouse number,each construction in general to influence dam concrete pouring of straight period ranging from 20 ~ 40d.Especially when concrete pouring,warehouse surface with began in valley region,and less impact will be greater.The dam blocks in a steep concrete construction,many times to points short intermittent rise not.For large engineering construction organization and construction management disadvantage.And from the concrete surface exposure when filling construction for a long time.Concrete blocks of rock constraint area by types.the and bare surface air temperature pelter of anti-cracking disadvantage.Some domestic engineering through research and field test using no cover heavy grouting technology,combining with no cover heavy grouting technique in the application of dam foundation treatment ertan arch dam project examples to simple introduction.
