摘要
常规的固结灌浆需要先浇筑3m～4.5m厚的混凝土,在其强度达到50%以上设计强度后再进行固结灌浆施工,其工艺技术较为成熟,已经列入了有关规范。由于在灌浆时就有足够的混凝土盖重,可以提高灌浆压力,对表层基岩也可以用较高的压力进行灌浆,而不必担心岩基上抬;盖重混凝土对表层岩体起压重作用的同时,也对漏浆岩缝起堵塞作用,即使从混凝土与基岩接触面蹿出了浆,也可对该接触面起接触灌浆的作用。所以,是拱坝基础处理优先采用的、能确保施工质量的主要手段。但是,这种灌浆要占压混凝土浇筑仓号,每个坝段施工一般要影响混凝土浇筑的直线工期20d～40d不等;特别是当混凝土附开始浇筑,仓面少又在峡谷地区,影响将更大。在有陡坡的坝块要分多次施工,混凝土不能短间歇上升。对于大型工程的施工组织和施工管理极为不利;而且自灌浆施工时混凝土面暴露时间过长;对岩石约束区混凝土块防裂和裸露面受气温骤降的防裂极为不利。国内一些工程通过研究论证和现场试验采用无盖重灌浆工艺技术,文中结合无盖重灌浆技术在二滩拱坝坝基处理中的应用工程实例予以简单介绍。
