摘要
自美国的9.11事件之后,恐怖主义开始受到世界各国的关注,国际间的反恐合作开始增多。从20世纪90年代开始,在国外恐怖势力的支持下,"东突"分子在新疆以及全国各地频繁发动恐怖暴力事件,成为严重危害中国社会稳定的毒瘤。面对越来越严峻的反恐形势,我国一方面要加大国内反恐怖主义的立法工作,另一方面应加强国际合作,推动国际反恐协议的签订,通过国内国外两个力量,惩治"东突"恐怖主义犯罪,维护我国经济社会的稳定。
Terrorism has been a hot issue all around the world since the event of 9.11. The international cooperation has been increased since then. Since 1990s, the ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorists, supported by the foreign force, has planned and practiced some cases of terror attack, threatening the security of society. In the harder circumstances, China, on the one side, is working on the legislation about coping with terrorism; on the other side, seek more international cooperation. With the force, domestic and abroad, the terrorism will be punished and prevented in advance.
