摘要
本文基于电视台网络化大背景,分析了媒体资产管理网络系统中影响电视节目技术质量的因素和要点,提出了媒体资产管理网络系统节目技术质量控制模型和管理措施。本文还提出了媒体资产管理网络系统节目技术质量控制和管理方法的评估手段。
Analyzing factors of lowering program technical quality and combining control model and management method,the paper gives an entire set-up of program technical quality control in media resources management network system.We use relevant quality’s evaluation method to estimate the result the set-up reaches.So a scientif ic management method is advanced to keep TV stations’ program technical quality.
