摘要
从我国能源结构的现状阐述了风力发电在我国能源结构中所起的积极作用，分析了风力发电厂对环境的正面影响及负面影响。我国发展风力发电是能源开发的需要，也是环境保护的需要。表3参1。
This paper introduces the current energy structure in our country, demonstrates the active effects of wind power on Chinese energy structure, analyzes the effects of wind farms on the environment, and points out that wind power is one of the measures to meet the future energy demand and protect the environment.
