摘要
建设工程造价控制是工程项目管理的重要部分,它贯穿于工程建设的全过程,需要进行全过程、全方位的管理和控制。只有加强对每个环节的造价控制和审查,正确合理地反映工程造价,才可以维护医院的利益,节约建设资金,降低成本;也可以有效地抵制工程建设中的不正之风,促进廉政建设,不断完善工程管理,提高资金使用效益,充分发挥审计监督作用。
Project cost control is an important part of construction project management running through the whole process of the management.It is necessary to carry out a series of programs covering all aspects and the whole process of project cost control.Control and auditing need to be strengthened for every aspect,reasonable project cost need to be presented to safeguard the interests,save construction funds and reduce cost for the hospital.Project cost control can resist poor practice and effectively promote the establishment of an incorruptible governance in construction field.Besides,it helps to continuously improve project management,enhance efficiency of fund use and play the role of auditing and supervision.
