摘要
论述了在铁合金生产中,利用回转窑制备优质入炉原料的工艺。首先锰矿通过干燥和预热人炉,减少了入炉水分,利于炉况稳定,锰矿经过高温煅烧,高价锰化合物减少,人炉品位提高,可增加产量;其次通过采用活性石灰热装精炼工艺,有效降低了生产成本和冶炼电耗,提高了产量,取得了较好的经济效益。
The paper discussed the technology of producing charging raw materials with rotary kiln.First,by drying and preheating the moisture entered furnace in manganese ore decline.This is good for steady furnace conditions.And through high temperature calcination high valency manganese compounds decrease,the grade of the charging raw material increase, then the output can rise.Second,Using the technology of hot charging active lime can reduce the production cost and power consumption in smelting,raise the output,and achive better economic benefit.
