摘要
研究了含羧酸基离子液体[C1imCH2CH2COOH]HSO4催化苯酚与叔丁醇的烷基化反应,考察不同的酸性离子液体、反应温度T、反应时间t、反应物摩尔比及离子液体(IL)用量等因素对反应结果的影响,并考察了重复利用离子液体的可能性。研究结果表明,在T=70℃,n(苯酚)∶n(叔丁醇)∶n(IL)=5∶5∶4t,=7h的条件下,苯酚的转化率可达68.7%,对位叔丁基苯酚的选择性为45.1%,且分离后的离子液体经真空干燥脱水后重复使用3次后,其催化活性基本不变。
Alkylation of phenol with TBA catalyzed by COOH-functionalized acidic ionic liquid [C1imCH2CH2COOH]HSO4 has been investigated. The influences of different ionic liquids, reaction temperature (T), reaction time (t), reactant ratio (molar ratio of phenol to 4-tert-butylphenol), the amount and the recycle times of ionic liquid on the catalytic properties in the tert-butylation of phenol are studied. The optimum reaction conditions for this reaction are as follows: the molar ratio of phenol to 4-tert-butylphenol to ionic liquid is 5:5:4, the reaction temperature and time are 70℃ and 7h respectively. Under these conditions, the conversion of phenol and the selectivity of p-TBP are 68.7% and 45.1%, respectively. No apparent loss of activity and selectivity of the ionic liquid are observed after three recycles and vacuum drying.
