摘要
根据 NA基因序列 ,合成 NA特异性引物 ,通过 PCR- SSP技术 ,特异性地扩增 NA1和 NA2 ,建立 NA基因分型方法。同时对 12 0例浙籍汉族人群进行 NA基因型的检测。结果表明 PCR- SSP技术对 NA的基因分型方法简单 ,快速 ,结果可靠。浙籍汉族人群的 NA基因型频率 NA1为 0 .5 2 5 ,NA2为 0 .475。
According to the NA gene sequences, the NA sequence specific primers were synthesized. Using the polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primers(PCR SSP) technique, a method for determination of NA genotype was established. The genomic DNA of 120 Zhejiang Han unrelated individuals were typed for NA. The results showed this method was simple, rapid and reliable. The gene frequencies were 0 525 for NA1 and 0 475 for NA2 in Zhejiang Han population.
