N-芳基吡咯烷的微波水相简便合成(英文)

Convenient aqueous synthesis of N-arylpyrrolidines under microwave irradiation

摘要 微波辐射下,以芳胺和1,4-丁二醇二甲磺酸酯为起始原料,在碳酸钾水溶液中发生环缩合反应,一步生成N-芳基吡咯烷(产率11.4%~83.6%)。该反应在常压条件下进行,产品用萃取方法纯化,该工艺具有操作安全,反应条件温和,后处理简便等优点。 A series of N-arylpyrrolidines from arylamines and 1,4-dimesyloxybutane were developed(yield was 11.4%~83.6%)using microwave irradiation in an aqueous potassium carbonate medium.The reaction was performed at atmospheric pressure and the products were purified with extraction operation.This method had some advantages of operational safety,mild conditions and convenience to final treatment.
