摘要
采用显微镜观测试验、熔黏试验、熔点试验等3种试验方法,揭示了低熔点聚酯复合纤维与常规聚酯纤维在3个方面的明显差异:两者纵向表面、横向截面结构差异明显;前者有特殊的熔黏特性和功能;前者的低熔点聚合物的熔点明显低于后者。根据以上特点可区别两种纤维,并可确定低熔点聚合物的熔点,为相关产品的利用和开发提供技术支持。
Three kinds of testing method such as microscopy method,fused joint testing method,and melting point testing method were conducted to study the distinct difference between the complex polyester fiber with low melting point and normal polyester fiber.The results showed that the structure differences between the vertical surfaces,horizontal cross-section of these two fibers are significant;the former has a special melt viscosity property;the melting point of the former is significantly lower than the latter.Thus two fibers can be distinguished, and the melting point of low melting point polymer can be determined,providing technical support for the use and development of related products.
