新麦草青贮的初步研究

摘要 为探讨不同添加剂对新麦草青贮的影响,以结实期新鲜和晾晒新麦草为原料,分别设计对照组、添加甲酸组(6 ml/kg)和蔗糖组(2%),袋装密封青贮360 d后取样分析。结果表明:晾晒新麦草青贮饲料pH值提高显著(P<0.05),乳酸和乙酸的含量降低显著(P<0.05),同时氨态氮的含量降低极显著(P<0.01)。添加蔗糖显著降低青贮饲料的pH值(P<0.05),显著增加乳酸含量(P<0.05),极显著降低氨态氮含量(P<0.01)。添加甲酸极显著增加新麦草青贮饲料的乳酸含量(P<0.01),极显著降低pH值和氨态氮含量(P<0.01)。青贮后,硝酸盐含量下降。 The effects of different additives on Russian wildrye silage were studied. The fresh russian wildrye silage during seeding stage and dried wildrye as raw materials were designed for the control group, adding 6 ml/kg formic acid group and adding 2%sucrose group. Then the samples were sealed bagged and ensilaged. After 360 d, the sampling analysis results showed as that., the pH values of drying Russian wildrye silage increased significantly (P0.05), but lactic acid and acetic acid decreased significantly (P〈0.05), while ammonia nitrogen content decreased s ignificantly(P〈0.01) ; Adding sucrose significantly reduced the pH values of silage (P〈0.05) ,of which the lactic acid content increased (P〈0.05) and ammonia nitrogen content decreased significantly (P〈0.01). Adding formic acid significantly increased lactic acid content (P〈0.01), significantly lower pH and ammonia nitrogen content (P〈0. 01). The nitrate content of the silage feed decreased.
