摘要 针对接触网的振动在线测试,以CC2430芯片为核心,设计了无线传输采集系统的硬件和软件.采用串口使PC机与上位机进行通信,并通过中继器实现树形组网延长数据传输距离.所开发的系统,成功应用于某高铁客专的牵引供电接触网振动测试,包括腕臂的振动加速度和动态应变的采集,把采集的数据存储在存储器中,避免了列车通过时瞬间大电流所产生的强磁场对通信系统的干扰,通过PC机向下位机发送指令是否传回采集的数据,实现了数据的可靠传输.现场试验证明,该系统组网灵活、传输可靠且功耗低. Aiming at the high-speed railway catenary online vibration test,this paper designed hardware and software of a wireless transmission and acquisition system based on the CC2430 chip.The PC and the upper computer communicated through serial port,and the transmission distance of data was prolonged by the use of repeaters.The online testing system developed in this paper was successfully applied in the vibration test of a high-speed railway catenary,which included vibration acceleration and dynamic strain collection of cantilever.In order to avoid the interference of strong magnetic field cause by instant great current as the train pass by,the system stored the collected data in memory.Also,by sending commands to the lower computer to exam whether it returned collected data,it realized reliable transmission of data.Field test proved that the system had a great deal of advantages such as flexible networking,high reliability transmission,low power consumption,etc.
