摘要
对油田用支撑剂质量的准确判定直接影响油田压裂增产效果,因此对支撑剂的准确判定是非常重要的。主要对支撑剂体积密度、圆度、球度性能测试方法和工具进行改进,研制开发新的测试仪器和分析软件,降低检测人为误差,提高检测准确性。并对改进后实验仪器进行实验分析,确定其可行性。
The exact determination for the quality of oilfield propping agent can directly affect the output-increasing effect of oilfield fracturing. So it is very important to determine the propping agents exactly. The paper mairdy concerns itself with the improvement of testing methods and testing tools for the bulk density, roundness and sphericity of propping agents, the research and development of new testing instrument and analysis soft ware. Its purpose is to reduce the human error of inspection and promote the accuracy of test. Meanwhile, the improved experiment devices are analyzed through the test so as to confirm its feasibility.
