摘要
目的探讨X线、CT和MRI在跟骨骨折中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析62例跟骨骨折病人的病历资料。结果 62例病例共73个骨折跟骨,X线显示71个,CT显示73个,X线和CT对跟骨的诊断准确率无差异(p>0.05)。其中关节外骨折20个,包括鸟嘴型骨折3个,结节骨折8个,载距突骨折2个,跟骨前端骨折7个;关节内骨折53个,包括Ⅰ型骨折7个,Ⅱ型骨折18个,Ⅲ型骨折24个,Ⅳ型骨折4个。33个跟骨治疗后进行复查,31个跟骨Bohler’s角和Cissane’s角恢复,2个跟骨增宽,与正常侧跟骨比较宽度>3mm,MRI显示腓骨肌腱损伤。结论综合利用X线、CT和MRI技术更有利于指导跟骨骨折的临床治疗。
Objective To evaluate the application values of X ray, CT and MR1 in calcaneul fractures. Methods The medical records of 62 patients with calcaneul fractures were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results There were 73 calcaneul fractures in 62 patients. X ray showed 71 and CT showed 73. The diagnosis accuracy showed no differences between them(P〉0.05). Twenty were extra-articular calcaneul fractures-~including 3 beak fractures, 8 tuberosity fractures, 2 sustentaculum tall fractures, and 7 anterior process fractures. Fifty-three were intra-artecular calcaneul fractures, including 7 Ⅰ type fracture, 18 Ⅱ type fracture, 24 Ⅲ type fracture, and 4 Ⅳ type fracture 4. Thirty-three calcaneuls were reexamined after treatment. Thirty-one Bohler's and Cissane's angle of calcaneuls recovery, 2 calcaneuls widening, compared with the normal side of the calcaneul width 〉3ram. MRI showed injury of the peroneal tendon. Conclusion Comprehensive utilization of X ray, CT and MRI technology is more conducive to guide the clinical treatment of fractures.
