摘要
以苦荞叶提取物为材料,通过灌胃观察小鼠血液及各脏器中的抗氧化酶活性及脂质过氧化物的变化情况。与正常对照组相比,灌胃小鼠苦荞叶提取物能明显提高其血液、肝脏和心脏中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶的活性,降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量,但对过氧化氢酶的活性变化无明显规律。说明苦荞叶提取物中有一定量的抗氧化物质,能有效地清除体内的自由基,具有较好的抗氧化和抗脂质过氧化作用。
The experiments have proved that the extract of tartary buckwheat leaf can significantly enhanced superoxide dismutase(SOD)and GSH peroxidase(GSH Px) activity in red cell or tissues of mice, The content of MDA obviously decreased when mice were fed with the extract of tartary buckwheat leaf ,but CAT activity had no obvious change These results suggested that the extract could scavenge free radicals partly with its function of anti oxidation and anti lipid peroxidative actions
