摘要
针对我国各地区中小型煤矿企业安全生产过程中所存在的问题进行分析,同时提出煤矿安全生产降低事故率需要解决的问题。
This paper analyzes the problems in safety production of small and medium coal mining enterprises,and proposes the solutions about safety production and reducing the accident rate of coal mine.
