狂犬病暴露后免疫接种的Zagreb方案 被引量:3

Zagreb Schedule for Post-exposure Rabies Prophylaxis

摘要 目前,我国狂犬病暴露后接种疫苗者依从性较低,发病率较高,狂犬病的防治形势严峻。如果在保证有效性和安全性的前提下,采用减少接种次数的接种方案,能够提高狂犬病的防治效果,减轻医疗负担。研究发现,一些狂犬病疫苗采用Zagreb方案进行狂犬病暴露后接种,能够提供安全、高效的持久保护。本文对我国狂犬病暴露后预防的现状及疾病负担,Zagreb方案的研究、使用情况及其与被动免疫制剂同时使用的免疫效果等作一简要综述。 The low patient's compliance of post-exposure rabies prophylaxis is one of the reasons for high rabies morbidity in China.The situation of rabies prevention is grim.A regimen with assured immune efficacy and safety,plus low times of clinic visit and inoculation,would be benefit for preventing the disease and relieving medical burden.It is reported that some rabies vaccines employed by the Zagreb schedule for post-exposure prophylaxis could provide safe,effective and persistent protection.An overview was given in this article,regarding the current situation of post-exposure prophylaxis and burden of rabies,the study and application of Zagreb schedule,as well as the immune efficacy of the schedule combined with products for passive immunization.
