摘要
目的:对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿进行血清微量元素铁、锌及T淋巴细胞亚群检测,发现咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清微量元素及细胞免疫特点。方法:选出30例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,采用spectraspan-V型三电极等离子体原子发射直读光谱仪测定铁、锌,采用链霉卵白素(SAP)法检测T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8的阳性率,对结果进行两组比较。结果:咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿铁、锌与对照组比较降低,患儿T淋巴细胞亚群与对照组比较CD3、CD4降低,CD8增高,CD4/CD8比值减小,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿与微量元素缺乏及免疫功能紊乱关系密切,且微量元素缺乏导致免疫功能低下,从而造成患儿容易病毒感染,进一步发生气管粘膜的损伤,促进咳嗽变异性哮喘的发生。
