改性凹凸棒滤料对苯酚废水动态吸附研究

摘要 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CATB)改性凹凸棒土对微污染废水中苯酚及其再生后吸附效果进行动态试验,研究了去除苯酚的动力学特征。结果表明,凹凸棒滤料经CATB改性后在动态试验过程中对微污染水中苯酚具有较强的吸附能力,苯酚的去除率随着废水流速的减少而增大,在pH为6~8,废水中苯酚浓度为17.74mg/L,流速为2m/s,吸附时间25min条件下,吸附去除率达93.07%;改性后的凹凸棒滤料可用碱进行再生,再生后对苯酚的吸附能力没有明显下降;苯酚的动态吸附过程遵循一级反应动力学模型。 The dynamic adsorption test and dynamics characteristics of phenol inmicro-polluted wastewater removed by attapulgite modified with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) and regenerated attapulgite were studied respectively.Results showed that the modified attapulgite possessed stronger adsorption ability for phenol in dynamic adsorption test.The removal rates for phenol would increase with the decrease of wastewater velocity.The results indicated that when the pH was 6-8,phenol concentration was 17.74 mg/L,the velocity was 2 m/s and the adsorption time was 25 min,the removal rates reached 93.07%.The modified attapulgite could be regenerated with alkali and the regenerated attapulgite adsorption ability appeared no distinct decline.The dynamic adsorption process for phenol followed the first order reaction kinetics model.
