摘要 [目的]研究低温胁迫下冬小麦叶片细胞膜透性与抗寒性的相关性。[方法]以小麦品种花培3号和豫麦57构建的DH群体的168个株系及亲本为材料,采用电导法测定低温胁迫处理后冬小麦叶片细胞膜透性,分析其与田间冻害程度的相关性。[结果]细胞膜透性与冻害级别的相关系数(r)为0.8806,呈显著正相关,根据低温胁迫处理后的冬小麦叶片细胞膜透性大小,可以判断冬小麦受冻害的程度。[结论]利用电导法测定受冻小麦叶片细胞膜透性是鉴定冬小麦抗寒性可靠而有效的方法之一。 [Objective]The aim was to study the relationship between cell membrane permeability of the leaves of winter wheat under the low temperature treatment and cold resistance.[Method]Taking Huapei 3,Yumai 57 and a DH(doubled haploid) population including 168 DH lines derived from Huapei 3 and Yumai 57 as materials,using conductivity method determines cell membrane permeability of the leaves of winter wheat under the low temperature treatment,the correlation with the degree of the field freeze was analyzed.[Result]The correlation coefficient(r value) between the cell membrane penetrability and the freeze rank’s is 0.880 6,it is remarkably positive correlation.According to the size of cell membrane permeability of the leaves of winter wheat under the low temperature treatment,it may judge the freeze degree of winter wheat.[Conclusion]The research proved that it is one of reliable and effective methods in identifying cold-resistance of winter wheat,which determines cell membrane permeability of the freezing leaves of winter wheat using conductivity method.
