摘要
为了综合利用催化剂生产污泥,采用XRD、SEM等方法对污泥的形貌和粒径进行表征,并通过化学掺杂对材料进行改性。结果表明,催化剂载体平均粒径低于40μm,具有多孔结构,比表面积超过200 m2/g。采用磷酸异丙酯和丁内酯对材料改性后的载体制备10%毒死蜱可湿性粉剂,其分解率均低于3%。催化剂污泥改性可应用于农药载体。
Surface topography and partieal size of catalyst waste residue was characterized by XRD and SEM. The sludge was modified by chemical doping. Results showed that catalyst carrier was porous, and specific surface area was more than 200m2/g. Average particle size was less than 40 μm. The resolution ratio of 10 % chlopyrifos wettable powder, which mixed with carrier modified by isopropyl phosphate and butyrolactone, is less than 3 %. The modified catalyst sludge can be applied to pesticide carrier.
