摘要 结合国内外煤气化技术发展现状与趋势,讨论了煤质特性对气化过程的影响及其在不同气化炉型中的适应性。分析表明,煤种的多样性及气化工艺的选择促进了煤气化技术的快速发展,气流床和流化床代替固定床是煤气化技术发展的必然所趋。在充分认识各类煤气化技术优缺点的基础上,应发挥优势,针对煤种选用炉型,开发具有单炉生产能力高、煤种适应性强、气体成分可调等优势的加压气化技术以及可有效利用煤气高温显热的两段或多段式气化技术。 Coal gasification is the key and precursor of the modern coal chemical industry, and also be the bases of achieving to the utilization of clean and effective coal. The effect of coal qualities on its gasification behavior and the adaptability of different coal type in the different gasification technique had been discussed based on the development status and trend of coal gasification technology in this paper. The results show that the diversity of coal type and the choice of gasification technical conditions bad promoted the rapid development of coal gasification technology. It was the inevitable trend that the entrained-flow and fluidized bed would instead of the fixed bed. So, the coal gasification technology was selected on the basis of the properties of coal and the advantages of furnace. Strengths and weaknesses of coal gasification technology should be fully awared during selecting the fitting gasifier for the coal quality. The pressur- ized gasifiers with the advantages of the high production capacity of single furnace, the strong adaptability of coal type and the adjustable gas composition and the two-stage or multi - stage gasifiers needed to be researched and developed.
