摘要
转基因水稻技术在农业上的广泛应用给人类带来巨大利益,也给生态和环境带来了不可预知的基因危害。传统监测采集水稻花粉的方法不仅所需的工作量非常大,而且不能获得安全评估模型所需的水稻花粉时空分布精度的实测资料。为此,研制出一种便携式的既不干扰花粉的自然沉降,又可以实时获得当前空间水稻花粉浓度的水稻花粉图像自动采集仪。通过图像识别的方法获得水稻花粉数据,既丰富了水稻花粉扩散模型数据库的资料,又节省了人力资源,为转基因水稻安全性监测和评估提供了有力的帮助。
Wide application of transgenic technology in agriculture brings the enormous benefit to the humanity,it also brings the unpredictable gene harm to the ecology and the environment.The traditional monitoring method of collecting rice pollen needs big workload and can not obtain the actual data of rice pollen's space-time distribution which the security evaluation model needs.The paper developed a portable instrument for both not disturbing the rice pollen subsidence naturely and obtaining the rice pollen's space-time distribution automatically.The rice pollen data obtained through image recognition method,enriched the data of rice pollen disfusion model,saved the human resources,and offered the powerful help for transgenic rice security monitoring and evaluating.
