摘要
指出了基于Windows的数控系统是现代数控系统的一个重要发展方向,分析了数控火焰切割机的工艺特点,根据实际应用环境,设计了数控火焰切割机系统的软件功能.该软件可有效地显示零件图形,并可完成实时切割的模拟仿真,极大地方便了对数控火焰切割机系统的模拟测试.
Number control system based on Windows is an important developmental direction now.This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of NC flame cutting machine,and describes a design for the NC flame cutting machine system software functions according to the actual application environment.The software can display the components of effective graphics and complete simulation of real-time cutting,which is great convenience for NC flame cutting machine system simulation.
