[BPy]HSO_4 Catalyzed One-Pot Synthesis of 3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-Ones

摘要 采用离子液体正丁基吡啶硫酸氢盐([BPy]HSO4)作催化剂,利用Biginelli反应在无溶剂条件下一锅法合成了3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮.与传统的Biginelli反应比较,此法具有反应时间短、收率较高、勿需使用溶剂、离子液体可重复使用的特点. A simple and effective method for synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2(1H)-ones from aldehydes,1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea using [BPy]HSO4 as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions was described.Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction,this method has the advantages good yield,shorter reaction time,reusability of the ionic liquid,and using solvent-free.
