摘要
合肥新机场航站楼钢结构跨度大,结构形式复杂,施工难度高,本文提出将施工与结构分析集成于一体的大跨钢结构伺服施工思路,利用精密仪器对施工各个阶段中的箱梁结构变形和行走式塔吊的结构挠度变形及钢管支撑柱的应力与变形的实时监测,将所得数据与采用有限元软件SAP2000理论计算的结果进行对比分析,为后续施工提供参考和借鉴。
The steel structure of Hefei new airport is long-span,complicated and high difficulty.This article proposed a long-span steel structure servo construction mentality which integrated construction and the structure analysis.By using precision instrument to monitor structure deformation on the box beam in each stage of construction,the walking crane and temporary supporting system,carry out the contrastive analysis between the obtained data and the theoretical result which calculated by Sap2000 software,to provide reference for the following construction.
