摘要
目的：分析妊娠中晚期孕妇心电图的改变情况以及导致心电图异常的原因。方法：选择在本院进行常规孕检的280例孕妇作为研究时象，将其于孕早期进行的心电图检查资料作为对照组，于中晚期进行的心电图检查的资料作为研究组，对比两组。电图各项拴洲异常的发生情巩，并对研究姐中发现异常的孕妇于产后通过回访了解其恢复情况。结果：对照组出现心电图异常共计22例，异常率为7．86％；研究组出现。电图异常共计87例，异常率为31．07％。结论：妊娠中晚期发生心电图异常的情况显著高于妊娠早期，这与妊娠过程中的生理变化有关。大部分可于产后自行恢复．
Objective Analyze the situation of ECG changes in third trimester pregnant women and the reason of leading ECGiabnormalities. Methods Select 280 cases of pregnant women who did routine pregnancy testing in our hospital as research subjects, conducted in early pregnancy ECG data as the control group, conducted late in the ECG data as the study group, compared the detection of abnormal ECG group happened, through a return visit to un- derstand abnormal study group of pregnant women in the postpartum recovery situation.
