摘要
目的：探讨干眼症的，1名床症状、检查及中西医结合治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方击：对我院2009年2月~2010年9月收治的79例干眼症患者的临床表现、诊治方法进行分析总结，将患者按照治疗的先后顺序随机分为两组，I组患者给予单纯西医治疗，II组患者给予中西医结合治疗，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：干眼症患者的症状较多，检查方法多样，临床诊断需结合多方面。经过中西医结合治疗的患者总有效率高于单纯西医治疗组患者，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论：干眼症的诊断需要结合患者病史、症状及临床检查多方面进行诊断，其治疗可采用中西医结合方法，效果较好。
