摘要
在数控车上加工梯形螺纹是一个尚待解决的问题。螺纹加工指令只能直接加工小螺距三角螺纹,不能加工大螺距的梯形螺纹,并且很难保证其加工精度。为了加工出合格的梯形螺纹,提出了合理的加工工艺设计,减小刀尖受力和散热,用数控宏程序与斜进、左右切削法相结合进行低速加工梯形螺纹。
The processing of trapezoidal screw thread in the NC-machine is a problem yet to be solved.The processing instructions of screw thread can directly process triangular thread with small pitch,but can not process large trapezoidal screw thread pitch.It is hard to ensure the accuracy of its processing.In order to process the qualified trapezoidal thread with reasonable process design,and reduce the tip stress and heat,we adopt low-speed processing trapezoidal thread with the combination of NC macro and angular about cutting methods.
