摘要
在信息化高度发达的今天,面对海量的信息如何做到更有效率的应用是情报工作的目标,同样也是本文所要关注的重点。第一部分在情报分析与动态应用概念介绍的基础,解释了文章的基本构想;第二部分介绍了我国的警察工作和情报应用的现状,说明正是现实的需要使得警用情报工作实现突破、建立独立的情报分析部门成为必要;第三部分文章列举了在当前条件下成立独立情报分析部门的种种条件已经具备,最初的设想具有了现实可能性;最后笔者结合我国现有的条件提出了建立独立情报分析部门的设计,希望能够提出一种一般型模式为将来我国情报分析部门的建立提供理论上的支持。
In today＇s society with highly developed information technology,in front of such great information how to accomplish more effective information application is not only the goal of intelligence work but also the key of this paper.In the first paragraph,the author introduces the definition of intelligence analysis and dynamic application.In the second paragraph,the author introduces today’s situation of the job of police department and the use of intelligence application,which proves that the need from fact makes to establish an independent intelligence-analyze unit necessary.In the third paragraph,the author shows all the conditions include software and hardware equipped today creates the possibility of establishing an independent intelligence-analyze unit.In the end,the author hopes to design a model which can lead the future intelligence-analyze unit’s establishment to achieve the dynamic application of intelligence.
