摘要
随着油田开发进一步深入,近年来在我厂部分区块原油乳化现象加重,给油井正常生产和设备运行带来了较大影响,主要表现为:原油乳化造成粘滞阻力变大,抽油杆上行载荷变大,下行载荷变小,加大了抽油杆的工作负荷,抽油杆断脱几率增加,油井的检泵周期缩短,通过对于油井加药标准的确定和效果评价,解决原油乳化带来的问题,延长油井的检泵周期以及保证正常的生产运行。
Follow the oil field developing further deepgoing,My company part of area crude oil emulsifying phenomenon accentuate, that it seriously influence oil well normal production and installation operation,main conductexpres：crode oil emulsifying create viscous force change strong,pumping rod up run loading change heavy,down run loading change little,increase operating loading of the pumping rod, add breaking rate of pumping rod, shorten the pump inspection circle. Through the oil well machine feed definition and emotion evaluation, resolve the puzzle of the crude oil emulsification, extent the oil pump inspection circle and ensure production running normally.
