摘要
对３０例正常人及３０例扩张型心肌病患者进行核心血池显像及相位分析。结果表明：扩张型心肌病以左室腔明显扩大及左室壁活动明显低下为影像学特征，并有心室收缩功能及协调性、心室舒张功能等各项参数明显异常。核素心血池显像诊断扩张型心肌病符合率为８３．３％。提法核素心血池显像对诊断扩张型心同有一定的临床意义。
30 normal subjects and 30 patients of dilated cardiomyopathy were undertaken radionuclide heart blood pool imaging and phase analysis. The results showed that the imaging features of dilated cardiomyopathy were characterized by the obvious expanding of left ventricle and the distinct hypo-activity of left ventricular wall. The indexes related to the ventricular function and the coordination were also significantly abnormal. The diagnostic conformable rate of dilated cardiomyopathy with radionuclide heart blood pool imaging was 83. 3% . It prompted that the radionuclide heart blood pool imaging was helpful for the diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy.
