摘要
[目的]观察普外科中年男性病人不同方法留置尿管的效果。[方法]将90例留置尿管的中年男性病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在留置尿管前5min从尿道外口注入1%盐酸丁卡因胶浆5 g后按常规方法将尿管置入;对照组在留置尿管前5min从尿道外口注入无菌液状石蜡5 mL后也按常规方法将尿管置入。[结果]实验组一次置管成功率明显高于对照组,置管过程及置管后疼痛程度、肉眼血尿程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]1%盐酸丁卡因胶浆可明显减轻围术期中年男性病人的疼痛程度及肉眼血尿程度,提高一次置管成功率。
Objective： To observe the effect of different methods of indwelling urethral catheter for middle - aged male patients in department of general surgery. Methods：A total of 90 patients undergoing indwelling urethral catheter were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group cases were injected into 1 % tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage 5g from the external orifice of urethra in 5 minutes before indwelling urethral catheter, then according to routine methods indwelling the catheter, the control group cases were injected into the sterile liquid paraffin 5ml from the external orifice of urethra in 5 minutes before indwelling the urethral catheter, then also according to routine methods indwelling the catheter. Results： The successful rate of disposable catheterization of experimental group was higher than that of control group, catheterization process and degree of pain after indwelling the catheter,gross hematuria level were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： 1% tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage can significantly release the pain and gross hematuria of middleaged male patients during perioperative period and enhance the successful rate of disposable catheterization.
