酮色林敷料对糖尿病足创面愈合的效果及其护理 被引量：2

摘要 糖尿病足为糖尿病常见的并发症之一,是由于糖尿病周围神经病变及各种不同程度末梢血管病变而导致下肢感染、溃疡、深部组织破坏,是糖尿病患者致残、致死的重要原因。在临床护理工作中,常规选用抗生素局部换药,但创面愈合时间长,疼痛明显。酮色林作为血管扩张药,国外报道有促进组织愈合的作用。为此，笔者对以酮色林为有效成分的壳聚糖敷料治疗糖尿病足及其护理报告如下。
