摘要
比较了成纤维母细胞 ( Fibroblast)在成人外周血、骨髓和脐带血的不同情况及成纤维母细胞的造血支持作用。结果显示 :1氢化可的松明显促进成纤维母细胞的生长。 2成人外周血中无成纤维母细胞集落形成单位 ( Colony forming unit-fibroblast,CFU- F)。 3骨髓中 CFU- F的数量多于脐带血 ( P <0 .0 1 )。 4骨髓和脐带血中的 CFU- F促进粒系 -单核系祖细胞 ( Granulocyte macrophage colony- formingunit,CFU- GM)集落形成 ,两者比较无明显差异。表明成纤维母细胞的存在很可能有助于粒单系祖细胞的分化和成熟。
The purpose of this experiment is to study the different conditions of the fibroblast in adult peripheral blood, bone marrow and cord blood.We also studied the hematopoietic supportive function of these cell as well as their respective characteristics.The results supported four conclusion:① Hydrocortisone distinctly stimulated the growth of the fibroblast;②There was no CFU F in adult peripheral blood;③There were much more numbers of CFU F in bone marrow than in cord blood, P<0.01;④Fibroblasts grown from human bone marrow and cord blood enhanced the formation of CFU GM,but there was no distinct statistical disparity between them.All of this indicates that fibroblasts may have some important functions on the differentiation and maturation of granulocytic monocytic progenitor cells.
