摘要
辽金两朝是先后建立起来的北方封建割据政权,两者间的饮食文化是继承和发展的关系。对辽金两朝的饮食词语进行对比可以看出金朝东北地区饮食文化的变化。
Liao and Jin were two feudal separatist regimes in Northeast China.They were successively established by minority nationalities,and the successive relation of dietetic culture did exist between them.A comparison on the vocabulary in diet between Liao and Jin can help us understand the change of dietetic culture in Northeast China in Jin Dynasty.
