摘要
据目前电动车电池出厂一致性要求,分析了温度对铅蓄电池正极板化成后PbO2一致性的影响;通过结合相关经验,制定措施,提高了铅蓄电池放电一致性和出厂检测合格率。
According to the current requirements of electric vehicle batteries,the effects of temperature on the PbO2 consistency in positive plate of lead-acid batteryies for EVs were analyzed in this paper.Combining with the relevant experiences with security management,and by making measures,the discharging consistency of lead-acid batteries and the exfactory pass rate were improved.
